★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hey, you could visit this place. Has a beautiful view from the balcony, but what i personally felt is that the price is a bit more than the worth of it. No doubt the ambience was nice. The biggest con was the food, they didn't have most of the food written on the menu.

Hotel property is Beautiful and staff is also Curteous. Food was amazing, they take care of your taste so well. Every need of our was taken care of. Highly Recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly; there are several properties in and around this property & photos are a mix and match of those.
Search ; Royal Pine Hills, next to this very building & you’ll realise.
Secondly, THIS IS NOT IN KASAULI. This property is 9KM at the foothills of Kasauli.
Food is terribly bad and so is the service.
It’s located in such a remote place that; you won’t get any convenience whatsoever; and if you’re visiting with your own car, then, you’ll have to go 5 kms (average) one way to get to anywhere significant.
Third, even then, for any godforsaken reason, you want to visit this place; ask for the photos of the room in advance before arriving. These people randomly allot room, and since you’d have arrived ; you’ll have no option but to budge.
Lastly, it doesn’t deserve more than ₹1200/Night. It’s average with most basic amneties.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HIGHLY RECOMMEND Royal hill blue bird cottage gave us an amazing stay, great location view and finely made spacious property.
The cook Gobind took great care of food and arranging all the necessities for making our stay absolutely comfortable.
Do visit get the real feel of the stars filled sky ?✨

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Royal hills is a homestay apartment, safe and clean from inside, having good carpet area with personal kitchen. In case you are searching for a calm and nice mountain view stay, go for this apartment. After my visit, I would highly recommend opting for a homestay apartment rather Hotels because of open space you’ll get to enjoy. Easy to locate by following Gmaps location. Owner (Amit) is helpful and approachable.
Couple of improvement areas:
-Food ordering and timelines could be increased till 11pm (currently it is 9:30pm)
-Food quality is ok-ok. (we ordered snacks, not main course). Couple of items listed on the menu were not available.
-Being a homestay apartment, Amenities(e.g., microwave, Tea/Coffee packets) and toiletries(we found soaps only) quality/quantities could be improved. Bathrooms were not clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious apartment... Good to accommodate 4-6 guests. The staffs are polite and willing to help. It's a great option if you wanna go away from the hustle bustle of the city for a day or two.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartment is located almost 8 kms away from main town. The apartment is fairly basic but the staff there is extremely helpful. Make sure to carry your own bed linen and toiletries. There isn't much nearby so make sure you have your own mode of transportation. The apartment also doesn't have any elevator, avoid if you have problems climbing up flights of stairs.
