★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was really a very nice stay. Everything was just awesome Location , A big room wid beautiful sit out place and last but but not least food was so delicious. Thanks to Mr. Tej pal ji and Mr. Baldev ji to make our stay comfortable . we'll try to visit again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ *This is not a paid review* The experience can't be described in words. It was just so wonderful. The vibe of the place, the view from the hotel and the location deserve no less than 5 stars and that too at such an affordable price. The place has all the modern amenities possible at your disposable, right in the lap of nature. The staff was cooperative and quite welcoming. What adds more charm to the place is its owner Mr R.P Singh. Such a delight to have met him. He will go out of his way to make sure you have a comfortable stay and take home an experience. Have already started planning our next visit :)

Polite and courteous staff. Gave a family like warm feeling. I was referred to the place by office colleague. And now I myself will refer this place to others I know! rooms were clean. it has huge rooms. sitting arrangements were ample!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well the rooms were spacious and clean. Room service was quick however when it comes to food, it is way over priced and the taste and quality were just average. This is the only problem because there are no eating joints and no public transport
available on this patch. They need to work on food prices and taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located somewhere in the nowhere, royal pine hills failed to make it up to our expectations, surprise. Low service quality, frequent power outages, bad wifi connectivity, no mobile network - to name a few of the discomforts we had to go through during our stay. They provided us with an old menu with old prices but charged a whopping bill claiming the prices were updated without even a prior intimation, (we wouldn’t have ordered a chicken pakora plate which had 6 pieces in it) also not to forget the staff is incompetent you gotta recite your order 2-3 times before they can actually comprehend it, so buckle up if you wanna stay here, you’d definitely end up regretting like we did. I had to take my work calls outside the apartment as they did promotional photoshoots in the apartment we were staying in, showing up at the door every 10 mins to prepare the house for the shoot causing loss of productivity at work. I’d not recommend a stay at this property if you wanna enjoy your time and are going to work from home. But if you wanna experience the struggle of everyday living under a inept management, you’re welcome to Royal Pinehills, Kasauli. Also bring your own car cause there’s no taxi service or scooty on rent availability here.
