Worst experience ever!! They dnt have spare parts and manager is super busy, so you have to wait for 1 hour so that he can inform you that he dont have that spare part. And when you provide them with spare part then they dont have mechanic to put those spare part on your bike. Seriously?? I will never visit it again.

Prons : Located nearby road no 2, VKIA. Behind Loha (iron) Market of road no. 2. Workshop is big in size and haves all basic facilities. Good thing is that there are very less rush. If you want your vechicle to be services, you will get it in 2 - 3 hours last. Other than this, they have waiting area, washroom and basic drinking, tea facility. Their mechanic is very trained. He is an very experienced suzuki mechanic. Solving any issue is not a big task for him. It's newly opened service centre, so only 9-10 vechicle visit daily, so mechanic can give good amount of time to each vechicle. Best thing about this workshop is they Open in Sunday also. As most of us haves time only in Sunday, so it would be great for us. But it will remain close every Friday. Cons : They have 90% of parts but sometimes those 10% are not available and this unavailability increases time a lot. I personally have a experiences that and wait for that part for one day. They have LED TV on their waiting area but I don't know either it won't work or they don't turn it ON ??. Better they turn it ON and put a free D2h Dish for customers entertainment. They have only one mechanic and his one helper. Yes serious. No doubt that one mechanic is great but unfortunately if more vechicle are on line, you need to wait for a long time. There Debit cars machine is not working and on using paytm, you need to pay extra 2%. Yes, serious 2% extra. Who ask for 2/ for paytm. They must hire some better CA ?. I have my YouTube channel, and when I try to record my vechicle video for YouTube, as it would be good for their promotion also, the incharge don't allow me to do so. Ohh, c'mon. Who stop someone record his vechicle service for youtube video. He said that there are CCTV cameras all over and owner don't let them do so. I request owner, please clear this point with your workshop. I have one more issue. Now a days, public wants their vechicle to be serviced in front of them. In starting, they ask me to wait in Waiting area and said customers are not allow, but later when I tell them that I am Automobile engineer and tell him my knowledge about Vechicle, and how can he resolve issue in my bike, he might gets intrest and also allow me to stand and watch my vechicle service. So, I have shared everything about this service centre. I hope owner would keep all these points in mind. If they need any help, they can contact me on my Instagram the_unpaid_rider I also request them to do some sort of promotion or door to door survey sort of thing to make public more aware about suzuki and their products. As, most of the vechicle in our area of vidhyadhar Nagar and murlipura still visit Setia suzuki for service as people are not aware about Royal suzuki.

Staff is not cooperative. Spare parts price are taken on mrp without giving any single penny discount. Other sellers are providing discount.. less experienced service provider for vehicles. Not recommended workshop

Nice Service Quality and Very Professional Staffs. Their operating hours is 10 a.m to 6:30 p.m and the workshop is fully closed on every Friday. They had performed quick service with quality. One of best service centre in Jaipur for Suzuki two wheelers.
