Very bad experience. Very bad experience. I purchased a new Baleno from Satnam and on time of delivery it was a feeling that I am buying an old car instead of a new car. Car was not properly cleaned, no ribbons on car, all steekers on new car got faded as like already 3-4 services have been done before taken delivery. Car was simply cleaned from cloth and no polished was their on new car. Very bad experience. Cherry on the cake was Showroom GM Mr. Ali. Who don't know how to speak with clients. After speaking with him It seems that I'm not at luxury showroom but I'm at interest earning firm from investment of capital. He even don't know how to listen. He don't have patience and not even ready to listen clients point of views. He was telling me you booked a car one month before in 2lacs apx and taking delivery after one month and paying me before 7 days of delivery. (I think in his eyes it's a crime). he told me you know what Interest cost of one month of 6.50L rupees (without given delivery of vehicle). It's pathetic. He also told me you booked car one month before, when your car booked, I can't sell this car to anybody else, so keeping your car in my warehouse for one month and hold my capital for one month you don't know cost. (I mean really- this kind of behaviour I should expect from #marutinexa #baleno showroom's GM Mr. Ali) Think twice before booking. When I told him plz listen my view as well as a manager you should listen my points also, he told his subordinate to call all staff from showroom to listen Sir point of view. What was that? Uneducated pathetic person. I have a suggestion management of Nexa should give him training of management how to behave and how to be a good listener. He should do some kind of meditation or Yoga. In my views he was 12th pass account ka banda who not have knowledge of sales at luxury showroom. Also even all that his wrong behaviour he was not apologies for the same. He even used to roam in showroom like a king. Pathetic I would not recommend at all to go and buy from this kind of Interest centric, uneducated and inexperienced of luxury staff. Really Not happy with the behaviour of GM Mr. Ali. Pathetic person I have ever seen in luxury showroom. He cursed me also. Regards, Tanik Raipuria

Not satisfied, Honestly feedback|| Satnam Motocrop at v.k.i is not authorised workshop, they lie to the customer that its a authorised workshop,there is no management staff also dunt have techinal team to work in their workshp,their is no customer launge in workshop. They force to customer to pick their vehicle in actual condition,they damage customer vehicle accessories,can't put tyre polish on tyres at the time of servicing the vehicle,also Satnam Boss Mr. Gagan dunt know how to talk with a customer oar their behaviour is so rudely, i Never trust on Satnam Motocrop after visited 2nd service of my vehicle, they driven my vehicle 100km without my permission. i received my vehicle on 29th july and they ready their job card on 22th july how it is possible to close the customer job card without their permission.

It's been a great experience for my recent purchase . Each and every staff was supporting and cooperative in terms of services and coordination. I would like to mention "Bhavesh khandelwal" as one of the most efficient employee as he helped me throughout the process of purchase. Thank you everyone , happy to be part of Nexa now .

Best place in jaipur to buy your nexa car. Attendent and guides are humble and experienced. They do there job nicely. Sometimes it is overburden to me. I got my scross and experience is fantastic. Specially thanks to Moin khan
