★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When ever my car is gone for service on pinkcity honda service centre Vki there new problem are created. In December I send a car for service and my car gate lock was okay. But when my car came back there was issue of key was blocking in car gate lock and I told them also Now they are saying that time we mentioned you but they are totally lying biggest fraud service centre. As driver who took car from my place.... Easily open the lock and took away. The issue happen end in service centre only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place for servicing, On 06 Feb 2022, got serviced my Honda amaze 2019 model. The problem was not resolved, even they committed that they will do balancing and alignment but not done. They charge very high. The adviser "Prem" was very rude not even listen the problem

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service, don't get your car service at Pink City Honda. Everytime I send my car, they damage some part of it or take out parts from engine. Even after multiple complaint they do not give proper response.
Senior managers will always speak softly but that's is just for showing that they do care but still they do not focus on complaint.
Also I purchased Honda Connect Sim from them and they asked me to make payment for it get activate but even after payment it is not working. I have visited center 4 times for this and they are again asking me to come again and again to store for this to get work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There has been several bad experiences. Firstly they started my car warranty 4 months before I bought the vehicle. How can they make this blunder. The manager never picks up the phone.
On my first service one of the tire and alloy were damaged and after several phone conversations the tire and alloy was changed after 2 3 months.
Its better to get the service done from somewhere else if they can’t maintain the reputation.
