Need more professionalism and knowledge about operation of electronic devices of their cars.
Yesterday I visited there to upgrade a software of my Nexon. Services were totally different and improved this time. Job was satisfactorily done within stipulated time.
Good service.
4-5 days ago, my Nexon got breakdown at home. I contacted GM service who advised me to contact Tata HELPLINE. They responded very quickly and their mechanic came with instruments though after 2-3 hours. My car was O. K. within couple of minutes. He also gave me useful suggestions for future purpose.
Here, I do appreciate the TATA team for their good services provided at home. Thanks team TATA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hv tata harrier and nexon both. Tata motors is really going good and they are launching some superb cars and suvs but they are still lacking in after purchase service. The ridiculous staff at this service station will never let tata go on the rise. At the time of service they will ask you to replace parts unnecessarily like brake pads shock absorbers. They filled def 10 liters and charged me for 15 liters. I can’t believe they hold the car for 3 days on the first service. If tata wants to outrace suzuki and others then they must focus on after their service stations.
Please don’t go to this service station they will charge you unnecessarily. Staff over here is ridiculous who knows how increase your bill every time. If you want to regret please get your loving car serviced by them.

It was in their workshop and our rm asked us if we can take a peek of Tata punch. As I saw the car I immediately changed my mind and asked them to replace altroz with Tata punch.
