I travelled from Chandigarh to Jaipur on 19th January, and my car broke down in the middle of the road.
Jaipur's local Jeep Agency Akar-Jeep picked it up after I contacted them. They told me that the inter-cooler needed to be changed. They returned the car this morning (22 January) after repairing, and charged INR 7,500 for the same.
I started my journey back to Chandigarh after picking up the car from there. And within merely 5 minutes, my car broke down again with the same problem.
I had to again call the road side assistance and send it to their agency where they found out that turbo chargers also needs to be replaced and charged me 4500 for it. After this I again left for chandigarh my car again broke down with the very same problem at the location karnal haryana and now I have sent it to jeep's service center in Mohali.I was basically stranded thrice on the middle of the highway with family and luggage because of the level of non seriousness of jeep's service department and not even once they apologized to me for this. It was sheer inconvenience & harrasment.
I also had to extend my stay along with my family.
I am extremely disappointed & unhappy with the Jeep Service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually I stay 200 km far from Jaipur. So when I told them that i ordered a part for my car but I have to go back to my city, they prioritised it, and for that i am so thankful. labour charges are reasonable.
They provide their services for both Fiat and Jeep vehicles. The only thing you have to do is, if you are planning to visit for a Fiat car, you must call them in advance and ask if the spare part is available in store. if it is not, they make it available within 5-7 days.
It was a good experience.
