★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good guest house and worth the price.Behavior of the staff was very good, neat & clean room including washroom.No dinning option so we had to take food from the outside. Location was fabulous as it was located in front of the sea beach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely disgusting. Paid 1500 hundred rupees for the first night and left straight after. As soon as you walk in the room, you instantly smell mould and feel sticky and gross. The room was filthy and absolute bare minimum facilities. No sheets on the beds, we were simply given a few flimsy blankets that smelt like dog. The bathroom was like a murder scene. 3 different sets of wiring running in and out of the bathroom walls not to mention The geyser was leaking a fair amount of water all down the wiring. (MASSIVE SAFETY HAZARD) The room was flooded and filthy. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE...EVER. Massive rip off for what you're paying for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cleanliness was very poor. Room was dusty & not cleaned for a very long time. The walls were damp with fungus growth and floor tiles were dirty. Washroom tiles were broken and there was a permanent stench. There was no facility to hang the bathing towel & clothes in the washroom. Without an AC the room was not livable. However, the AC had no remote & it ran at only one setting of 16 deg C. Since it was becoming freezing cold we had to switch off at least two times during the night. The AC switch became unserviceable due to frequent switching after two days. After switch replacement the AC worked in only blower mode without any cooling for the next three days of my stay, The cable TV had only free Telugu channels & hence not used by me. Location was just right for my purpose - close to Officers Club and on the other side the RK Beach. Staff was helpful but were unable to rectify the deficiencies as it seemed beyond their means. Since the cleanliness was so poor I did not dare try the food and other eatables at the hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hotel ever. Room full of cockroaches and lizards. Dirty bathrooms. Uncleared rooms. We went for a 10days trip but after 1 night stay decided to leave that place. We paid full amount in the beginning. He refused to give that money, later only for 2 days he reduced 50% of our amount. Never recommend.
