★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Resort is too Dirty and soo Smell. No security and safety measure followed. Pool were not clean full of Green fungus at bottom of pool. I have requested multile time for cleaning and offer my help but staff were very arrogant . I staed Oevrnight and someone tried to steal my Bike.. They have damanged my Horn button and tred to break Handle. Staff is very arrogant and not helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A small and beautiful water park rides are less but i think the fees you are paying it's the best they can give. In 600rs you are getting rides as well as food. Our group of five people went there. Important notes.
1) there is no public transport available
2) you can carry your food and drinks
3) try not to visit on Saturday and sunday because you will get different vibe on other day it's like our private park very less public.
4) perfect place for couples as there is no crowd you can have your time peacefully
5) Rooms are very cheaper like 700rs for a day
6) you can bring ball and other playing items.
7) Alcohol is allowed.
8)Remove your stress and have quality time over here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No advisable for people coming all the way from Mumbai. Pools are over crowded as owner allow local people to use it for one day entry. Rooms are unhygienic and not cleaned once previous guest leave. Lack of security in rooms, even though CCTV is there, there is loss of valuables and bagage and owner don't share footage to cover his staff. Not at all advisable to anyone. There is no point of coming for a stay, boz beddings are unhygienic, they don't allow use of pool post 5 pm and start rides post 9 am and close them conveniently in between. The management is arrogant with people and do not listen once you are in the resort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well few things need to be considered before visiting this resort:
1. It is just two years old
2. It is economical
The Good:
Considering the price, we visited the place amidst the pandemic (2Oth November 2021). It was a Saturday and yet the people count was around 40. You get charged 600/- per head while for kids below 5 years, it is 300/-. However, considering a group of 10, we were charged 500/- which included breakfast, water-park, lunch and tea.
We paid additional 500/- for the normal deluxe room for our luggage.
The resort has two big swimming pools and a small kids pool. The maximum dept is 5.5 ft.
There are 7 water slides inclusive of a tube slide.
The resort has an amazing scenic view with tall coconut tress surrounding the property.
The Average:
As there were hardly 20 people in the morning, breakfast options were limited to Kanda Poha and Misal Pav.
However lunch was a combination of veg and non veg with salad, chicken curry, chicken pakora, rice, chapati, mix-veg, potato mix, dal and sweet dish (sheera).
I believe if you visit once the pandemic is over, options would be more.
The Bad:
Road connection. Please do not take the Virangula Kendra road as it is filled with rock debris and can be catastrophic. Instead, please take the rangaon-vasale connecting road which is 100 times better than the previous one.
The room. I understand the pandemic being heavy on all business owners and hence could be understanding with the condition of the rooms with the chlorine smell. We had to change ours for a better one.
The rides: The water slides are very rough. You need to have proper clothing to avoid skin rupturing or bruising. Out of the 7 rides, two of them were out of operation which was a big turn off.
The pool water: Chlorine in the pool was way too much over the normal rate. It gave me eye irritation along with skin tanning issues which is obvious with high chlorine and sun exposure.
Conclusion:
Well I can consider myself being at this resort at an unfortunate time. However, for INR 500/- for a day, you get quite a lot of enjoyment. Do visit and experience yourself.
