★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i have received a message stating that there is a housing scheme from Punjab government in collaboration with SBI going on, so i have invested a initial sum of money, but after i calling SBI they told me that its a private scheme being run by Royale Gardens, so i have called the helpline number which i have received in Website and Email, the person had asked me to write an email and that the money=y will returned with in a week so i have done the same way. I have not received any response from them so i have called twice and same time they have promised me to send an confirmation to return the money via email. the third time i have called to ask when they will be returning the money they have talked very badly and disconnected the call. I am disappointed from this builder so please be careful if you are investing. Total fraud

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Project does not have the electricity approval so far. All the electricity is being powered locally and there is no customer service available. They promote it as a gated society however it's open from all four sides and security is at risk. Just one electrician to service the entire society and he is busy all the time. One after the other my appliances are cooked up due to fluctuations. No streetlights and when you complain to the maintenance agencies they bring out all excuses.
And don't go by five stars.. It's all staged.
