2. Small park, club, gym and other areas
3. Sun and air flow will be poor once high rise buildings completed next to this project. For ex. Escon project.
4. Very close to palace
5. Neighborhood of car washer
6. No one know what will be built up back of flats
7. High maintenance charges
8. No market, hospital nearby
9. No water softener plant, which is necessary for Zirakpur and surrounding areas
10. Delay in possession

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1)You cant see your property though you have paid for it. they say its for safety reason. But i have other property also no one stops from seeing your property when its under construction. Its really very bad decision ,
2)Staff is unprofessional ,dont know how to talk to customer always in arrogant mood.
3)Possession is also not on time said june but didnot gave on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this with someone who was looking for some property. This is small lowrise society having around 30 plots with 90 flats. All the flats are booked already. Possession will be given by dec 2021. Personally i didn't liked it that much. Due to current surrounding areas and also the flat size and cost etc. But everyone has different taste. Must visit the adjoining escon project if looking for high rise.
