★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After visiting their previously delivered site Green Lotus Avenue which a lotta people suggested me, I was pretty impressed by their concept of going green, stuff used and construction quality. They have attempted successfully to juxtapose a lotta quality aspects in their Avenue project despite of space limitations and location is awesome.....I was prompted to see their Saksham project which is under construction and seemingly much more spacious than their previous project. The layout displayed and explained by them seemed impressive, m not easy to please, they have a dedicated sales, fin, marketing team........who help you clarify all doubts and show you all aspects of the project where construction as of today 13 Dec 2020 is on War footing, I ve booked a 3BHK and am satisfied at the moment with my decision hoping they will deliver the Apartment in time as promised. The MD Mr. Mittal may sound ruthlessly professional in his demeanor but that's pretty understandable for the person heading the project except theres always a scope of improvement in customer approach, the one who is feeding you n staff.......one interesting part of this entire project and Mr
Mittal as informed by his team is he keeps innovating and improving stuff being used in the Apartment in terms of Quality and Brand. Let's hope the project makes good with their promises like the previous one. Good Luck Team Green Lotus.
