โ โ โ โ โ I hv purchased 2bhk in this society ...my mom also got ready to buy 3bhk flat in this society ..now she is happy that she haven't opt for this flat bcz the quality of each n every thing in this flat is very very cheap. .. it's been only one day we started living here and no door is closing..all almirahs very cheap .. leakage in every pipe..the lock of door is coming out..and if by chance u call for the maintainence of this flat they will treat u like why u called them....they gv u tym for 4 days and after 4 days when u call them again they will say our mechanic is not well or something other...m very disappointed to buy a flat in this society.. a very big mistake of my life ..iwill recommend never buy a flat by SBP ( the so called reputed builder)) .. instead i have also seen the quality of Sushma's flat ....they r offering a very top quality of flats ..pls go for sushma and never ever go for the any of the upcoming projects of SBP.. a big NO for SBP..( cheap flats on the main highway ) A BIG SHAME..

โ โ โ โ โ Lot of issues at this society SBP Gateway of Dream.
1. Poor and very bad bad construction.
2. All days Electricity issues because SBP paid rural amount charges to PB government (6hrs government electricity 18hrs power backup from generator).
3. Power backup very high price 15rs per unit.
4. Maintenance issues and many more..
5. after hand over the Flat more issues observe ( pillar wall cracked, tile has not filled properly and many more)
My suggestion don't buy any property from SBP, they have this kind of work entire in city. ?โโ๏ธ?โโ๏ธ?โโ๏ธ?โโ๏ธ?โโ๏ธ
