Leafstone Luxury Apartments - Zirakpur

Good apartments to live in with almost all amenities.The spec is great, and they were very open to changes. The building process was smooth and any issues resolved easily. The attention to detail was great. We highly recommend people consider Leafstone.

Well maintained secure and gated society. CC TV fitted all over the society starting from the entry gate. Waste management plant and water supply unit already installed. All good except the quality of construction. It could have been much better.

Nicely ventilated , spacious ,cosy and fully furnished apartments.No legal issues regarding land. Good supply water and other major needs. Lush green apartments and good CCTV surveillance. Overall a must buy place to live in.

A well kept society free of any legal disputes. Most residents are senior citizens living with their family. Good environment, safety and security. Sufficient parking areas, availability of light & water, elevators. A visit to the society in the evening will show a pleasing relationship amongst all dwellers making life enjoyable. A good place to live!!

Hi, With heavy heart I have to write the true review of the project. I know I would be at loss by doing so because one day I might need to sell my flat but truth must be spoken. Please don't get misguided by the good ratings and the upvotes it has got, these upvotes seem to be from the six seven employees of the M D Builder. I will share the plus points first. 1. Architectural plan looks good. 2. Maintenance contracted to JLL. Here are the bad points: 1. In spite of RERA act Punjab 2017 in place, the builder makes you sign an agreement which is partial and one sided. If you want to buy make sure to sign an agreement which has the format as given in Annexure of RERA Punjab act 2017. 2. Builder has not provided occupany certificate(OC) and completion certificate(CC) without which the project is illegal in the eyes of goverment. Please read about the Campa Cola society razed down by goverment to understand the importance of these certificates. 3. Builder asks for the monthly maintenance charges but the project has no completion certificate uploaded on his RERA account (as of date of writing this review), and as per RERA builder has to do the maintenance by himself until the project maintenance is handed over to RWA(residents welfare association.) All such costs are included in the total cost of the flats(RERA act, Punjab.) 4. Poor wood, and other wall materials are used. It becomes clear once you put a driller in the wall and it gets inserted without much effort and the sand particles come out as if they were just stacked in there without any cement on their surfaces. 5. The caliber of the engineering used in the project becomes quite clear from the fact that recently aluminium and glass walls erected on 6th tower came down with the gushes of the wind. On top of that the builder announces that he won't fix it if the maintenance charges set by him are not paid. 6. When we stand up against him by not paying him the maintenance charges he cuts the power back up supply to your flat(I have the proofs.) Basically harasses you for standing up for the rights given by RERA. I will edit my reviews once I get the completion and occupany certificates.

I am very much satisfied with efforts and quality flats provided by Leafstone Builder I got my flat on time ,mentioned by company. I have not only single reason to praise them there are several. - Supporting staff - Best location - Timely delivered project - Best facilities - Official staff helped a lot in official formalities. Very well beautifully designed Architecture by the Leafstone Builder , both 2 BHK & 3 BHK flats are very spacious Another thing I like about this Builder is Customer dealing is very Good , after sales service is excellent.

Location is good. Quality of construction is not so good. I have heard builder is still charging maintainance from flat owners as completion certificate not availed by builder and Resident Welfare Association still not formed even after 10 years.
