★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ashoka Royale is one of the best residential scheme in Nasik, I visited this place to rent an apartment but right at first visit I literally fell in love with this scheme for various reasons and I decided to buy an apartment right at that Moment, fortunately only one 2BHK was available for resell and I managed to buy it.
1.Best location to reach prime locations of Nasik like Nasik road, Dwarka, Mumbai Naka is just 5 min away.
2.One of best school by Ashoka is right next door.
3.Situated at one of the fasted growing area in Nasik.
4.Ashoka Road is expected to be next Collage / Gangapur road in coming years at central nasik.
5.The build quality of apartments is classy, elevation of Building is simple yet elegant, apartments are well planned with ample space for everything. It consists of Garden, Swimming Pool and one small function Hall. Gym is available yet not equipped with very good equipments. There are two best part of this scheme out here, one is the amount of ventilation is unbelievable, you won't literally need an AC if you are staying at top floors and second is crowd living here is metropolitan and well mannered.
6.Builder has genuinely used all the branded accessories like plumbing belongs to Grohe, Tiles of Kajariya likewise everything used us classy.
7. All fundamental provision like DTH, Internet connection is already provided, none of the owners are allowed to have separated DTH dish as builder has centralized Dish which basically screws up the Elevation of building.

There is a swimming pool in the society & gym is also available. There is a nice garden adjacent to the society. The place is peaceful. Happy to be in royale.

Very Safe and Secured.
Excellent asininities like Temple, club house, Gymnasium, Swimming Pool and Garden.
Construction Quality is just Superb. Liked the it has been designed depict typical Gothic architecture. Special care is being taken for detailing of each and every aspect of construction and functionality of the premise.
All the festivals are celebrated here with love and harmony.
Its like the Big Family.
Location is the biggest advantage here. Major Schools are 5 minutes walk from here. Nashik Road Railway Station is 15 min. drive. Mumbai Naka is 2 kms. Pune Highway and Nashik Highway 2 km.
