★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Writing this review only for people working at Ishanya mall, Yerwada outlet.
After ordering furniture of worth around 1 Lac we were asked to wait for 20 plus days to receive furniture.
According to store furniture will be provided from Warehouse hence it will take 20 Plus days for delivery.
Furniture arrived at said date, however it was provided from store (display piece), we know this as when we revisited store, furniture we choose were not there and they provided same furniture from Store which were kept for display and not new from warehouse, where as we just asked for mattress to be from store (display piece).
To be frank people working here are not interested in there jobs or may be company it self has bad customer service culture I can say this as I worked in customer service industry for many years. this review is not for product quality as we have used furniture for just 3 weeks, hopefully furniture is good, which I think has a very slight chance after reading other reviews.
I see other reviews here are about customer service of store and still nothing is changed, may be company don't read there own customer reviews, don't think this review is going to make much of difference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would have given 0 or a negative rating to this terrible furniture store. Royal Oak doesn't care about anything other than your money. They would call you numerous times to take your money but wouldn't care about the delivery or fixing the furniture. We ordered a cupboard on the 31st of December and we still haven't got it fixed as of Feb 1st. Their customer care is absolutely shambolic and terrible. Please think twice before buying at Royal Oak, one of the worst furniture shops in Pune. The store manager is another lying and fake promises person.
NEVER GO TO CREATICITY FOR ANY FURNITURE !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give 0 stars if this was an option. A sofa was ordered from here on Dec 10-11th and the delivery was promised by 15th of December. Its January 11 now and despite several follow ups and false promises on the way, the sofa set hasn't been delivery yet. Now the store head, Mr. Vikas Shah says that they will probably refund us. Zero accountability, zero due diligence, and absolutely no sense of responsibility. If you value your money or time, please don't visit them. Not really sure how they're still in a customer facing business with such shambolic service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't even deserve one star terrible customer service. They only take money and after that they don't even care if your furniture is delivered since last 40days iam doing the follow-up with this people to get my wardrobe fixed.
Mails calls they don't respond to anything
Please dont buy anything from them it's a fraud company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service by this furniture franchise. Non existent customer service and once you book and pay them they are least bothered to deliver the product or answer your repeated queries about it. More than 2 months after having ordered a product from them haven't received the product. Requested for a refund after following up for over a month and the refund hasn't been processed for over a month now either.
And every time to reach their customer service you need to call atleast 4-5 times where the initial 4 times it keeps you waiting on the ivr for a good 15 mins to get through and then drops the call and finally after waiting for hours and calling them 5 times when you DO reach a support rep they keep u waiting on hold for a good 15-20 mins even if by now their entire team is familiar with your query and you know them all by name as well!!!!
Rue the day I decided to go to the vendor directly to support local businesses rather than going through reputed and dependable brands like Pepperfry!!!!
Horrible service- never ever buy from them!

I purchased a 3 seater sofa from RoyalOak branch in Pune, Maharashtra on 15th Aug 2021. This is the third time i have received damaged product (scratches on body), every time the store manager is making excuses and is requesting to keep the damaged one until he gets it replaced. This time I have asked him for a refund as I can see that he cannot get me a quality product. Now he is not picking my call and my request for refund is not addressed yet. Worst service ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give 0 star. Had ordered a dinning table . Which was damaged. So they told vl send a new product . Months after they delivered again a product which was not polished properly. Each chair had different type of polish. (One gloss , one matt, one hand polished which had brush mark left behind).initially they had told we will get refund if the product is not good.
Now customer care told they don't have
Return Policy.
So don't buy product form them. We don't have product with us n they r not giving refund.
BEWARE Of THEM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company to buy furniture. Bought bed side tables. They took a month to deliver, then due to some manufacturing defect, had to return it. Its been more than a month, haven't received refund. Always keep saying, it's under process. Needless to say about the poor incompetent customer service. Even their production manager for online orders does not have any professional courtesy to reply to msg, pick calls or call back request placed with customer care. If accidentally he pick calls then he will say that he will update tomorrow and disconnects the call and then tomorrow never comes.
Even emails to them does not nudge them, totally useless.
I now realize these kind of companies only know how to take customer's money and then forget about them.
