★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought 7 spectacle from this shop for my family. Their staffs were cordial initially, however whenever I reached for any Service like minor adjustments etc of the spectacles they start behaving rudely, the staff are no more polite or cordial once the deal is over & will tell you bluntly to go to other shop for repair or minor adjustments which normally takes 10 minutes.
Although their product is good but I am not recommending this shop as their after sales service is pathetic & extremely rude staff. If their management needs more feedback, they are welcome to contact me.
