★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor experience during our Manali trip last week . Worst thing on a trip is to wait for someone and everyday we wait for drivers for 2-3 hrs in the morning . I have never seen anything like this before on every other day a new driver was assigned by this travel agency .
Not a good experience overall and very poor response by manger on calls .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in Manali for 4 days and I meet with cab driver Amit sir vehicle number HP 01k 6721. he was kind hearted, polite and very friendly. He is so kind and helpfull person , I was with my family . In 3 days trip I fell amit is like a family member to me . All places covered by amit in Kullu and Manali and solang during trip which is promised by travel agent and specially Mall Road snow fall I enjoyed was possible only by amit sir . Good arrangement made by YV Holidays ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have taken the adventures services from RR adventure manali..the driver was very good and always guide us how can we enjoy the activities etc...also when we came from Delhi ontime driver pick up and from hotel and drop very nicely on-time. I will come June and July for going to Leh-ladak .And I recommend to all please take the services from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am writing this review specifically about one person from this Team, Cant blame others without knowing properly. We got Sanjeev as driver from this agency from our main tour provider( We have not approached RR adventures directly). This is Unprofessional, Irresponsible. He simply gives some or the other explanations and reasons for any of the tours. He got payment for our 5 days tour and ruined most our trips. He is the worst driver. I even listened him over call telling other drivers to give silly explanations and skip their tours to manage other clients. We had terrible exp with him. We got 2 other drivers from this agency sometime and they were very good (Balveer was the one from Kullu very professional). If you get to know you will be getting Sanjeev as driver be careful and ready to have your trip ruined. He will have reasons, explanations for everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't book any cab with them for the Manali tour. My driver Sunil was very rude and unprofessional. He doesn't even know how to talk with the passengers and behaves like he is doing a favour. Me and my wife booked him for 3 day Manali tour and had the pathetic experience. He would not like to show anything and just try to rush and drop at the hotel. STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.
