★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs are customer friendly. Well maintained inside and out sides by staff. Highly tight security observing from watch towers Its under CCTv observation. A security officer specially appointed for control all security system. Hospitality of bank very nic with central A/c.
Customers r coming to exchange money & all types of banking facilities. Very good parking facility.
Obey guidelines, Rules & regulations of RBI.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The office is well maintained and equipped with a green plants and flowers. The security of the office is very tight. You have to go through the frisking and obtain security pass to enter in the premises. You will find Cash exchange counters at ground floor where you can exchange your old, soiled and mutilated Notes. At 1st floor you will find ISSUE Department. For Consumers Education and Protection Cell(CEPC) and Foreign Exchange Department(FED), you have to go to 2nd floor. And at 3rd third floor, Banking Lokpal and Department of Banking Supervision(DBS), DCBS and Financial Inclusion and Development Department( FIDD) is available. Here all the Departments are headed by GM/DGM. Staff and officials are very good in terms of behaviour and are very helpful.
