★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually my friend car was not showing online I prefer to went to the RTO to solve this problem I know if I have went directly to meet the officer and solve this problem it will be taken more time. So I decided to give this work to the agent so I have given that work to the agent and and agent said now you don't have to come again and again your document will be ready in 15 days and it will delivered to your address. So I suggest you not to waste time and give your work to the agent that will save your time but we'll take a little bit more money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go through Agents. They are getting overpowered in this place. I disliked this place because of the agents everywhere. Even they are there during test drive. They are sitting with students in car during test.
-Fill form online.
-Arrange all documents. Take printout of all the documents you get after filling the forms.
-Have original documents with you.
-Reach the office little early and enquire, no one is going to slap you and USE YOUR BRAIN NOT MONEY.
-And most important, if you don't know driving then please don't waste other's and officer's time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yet another decent experience at a govt institution for issuance of my learning license. The online process was smooth, would have helped if next steps would have been mentioned, would have made it whole lot simpler. Process started late but the appointed official sheetal patil did apologize which was very courteous. Test and issuance took no time.
For other who want to get their 2 wheeler learning license. Follow the below steps
Step 1 : complete the online form and pay the fees
Step 2 : book a convenient slot
Step 3 : meet the document verification officer
Step 4: give the test
Step 5 : if you pass, collect your printed learning license copy
Voila, you are done and without any agent charges.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I suppose if you follow technology work will be easier. Fill online form, pay fees and submit at window no 11A. It has improved in last decades, but still improvement is required. Guy occupying window no 11A is very helpful will guide you exactly what is to be done. Thank you Shabbir bhai.
