★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to digital online services by government and saarathi portal most of the services are provided online. staff are quite helpful, Government should made services without visiting the RTO Ofiice at all.
There is problem in sarathi and RTO portal as the recently uploaded form is not taking preference

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good bus stop near this area, beaware of agent they charge huge amount regarding pass the Test of trial, ask local stranger to help you and give charge nominal of your test.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chaotic environment unless you are an agent or RTO official. as usual in government offices, RTO agents are available outside to make things easy for profit. the place is on service road parallel to the highway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently went there to change address on drivers licence. I had to go to parivahan portal and fill an online form and upload two documents. After that I paid 500rs as fees online. On receiving the reciept I could book an appointment slot. Lot of slots were available for various timings. Very easy and well organized process. They send you an sms confirming it.
They had only mentioned to carry original for verification so I didn't carry any photocopies, which is honestly waste of paper and bad for the environment since documents are already uploaded.
Anyway logged in on my application and got print out from the shop just outside the rto office. (Application form, form 1, (form 1a required if over 40) , acknowledgment receipt, payment reciept, sppointment booking...all ready to print once you log in your number)
You also need photocopies of any documents you uploaded online.
Then went to window no. 13(no lines at all...) where he arranged all the photocopies and told me to get the sign from window no.4. That incharge wasn't available and a lot of people were waiting outside. Some nice person there guided us to another police officers office, where we got a sign in 2 minutes. Submitted the documents at window no.13 and it was done.
The driving licence will be sent to my home in a month.
Very easy procedure. Don't have to pay a single rupee at the office after online payment is done.
(Parking not allowed inside premises..better go by auto)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1:) The ground staff is very rude and has poor public or visitor centric approach or behaviour.
2:) Clerical Staff behaves like Lord Vice Roy and Governors or IAS IPS Officers and fully focusing like Salman Khan of Dabang full of attitude and harsh tone.
3:) Counter Windows are as if you are prisoners, no queues, wall spitted, benches dirty, ground staff with no proper dress code or civic sense, no proper enquiry counters or coperative ness or cleanliness. Shabby Doors Windows and common public waiting Areas. No Toilets or Fans for citizens visiting RTO Office.
4:) Poor ambience and poor citizens centric approach.
5:) No respect with office timings 10 AM means coming to office at 11 or 11 30 AM and no automated tokens or counters.
6:) Campus more occupied by agents and brokers.
7:) For mere 5 minutes of tasks you will loose your precious 5 hours or half day

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best way to go to RTO is by taking a rickshaw or a chauffeur driven car because parking is terrible. I entered through the gate facing LIC building and walked diagonally to the main gate. There are agents outside. I met with one who was nice and courteous. Got my job done in minutes. It's better to take someone along if you feel uncomfortable in huge crowds at sarkaari offices. ☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had visited for the Lost Driving Licence which i have applied through online website and i had booked slot for document verification which was done quickly within given time.And for Lost Driving Licence which i have applied will be delivered at my postal address within one month. Better service provided.
