Ratan Hospital is the best Hospital for women as I visited here admitted my wife here ,All facilities are available here ,Dr Richa mishra pandey was my consultant doctor and she is Good in nature and diagnose very well .Also managment of this Hospital is far better than others ,they give proper bill ,receipt and all. Nurses are well trained , emergency dr are always for patient and they Take care .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So, this is going to be a long review about my experience there.
I was in Bangalore and my wife was pregnant 5 months when we came to Patna.We started hunting for a good hospital (though i was sure that I won't be able to find a hospital which can provide service comparitive to Bangalore) and called 1 hospital and visited there but the systematic work was missing there hence i googled good hospitals and called Ratan and i assume i spoke to one of the senior person and he convinced me to visit once. I took a shot a visited the hospital same day and met Dr. Richa Priyanka Pandey( i met one of her attended first and she went through the patient history and it was satisfactory) and she reviewed everything and asked to get some test done. Report were received and something occured which she made us realize that its a big thing although it was not (Cross checked with my Bangalore doctor) and later on she was forcing us to get the C-section done on 25th Dec and the due date was 11th Jan and i was not at all convinced to get it done that sooner ao i decided to find another hospital to get the delivery done and now baby is delivered and fine.
Dr. Richa doesn't understand anything from patient perspective and force to listen to her, there is no connection between doctor and patient, your time is not valuable for them, you will be asked to come around 1 PM to meet her but then you have to wait continuously to meet her and she hardly sits for 10 min in her cabin and then again you have to wait for an hour or ao to speak to her. Mostly you will be seen by attendants not the doctor until you ask. There is shortage of staff as one of the sister was saying to me. One of ghe odd things, they will ask your profession on first visit so that they can ensure how to take money from your pocket. I will not recommend visiting her, its better you find someone else. This is my experience and i have no intent or forcing you to decide everything on the same. 2star has been given only for cleanliness.

My sister got operated here and within a couple of days she got discharged.
Nominal and genuine fees.
I liked the hospitality extended by Mr.Amit at reception.Kudos to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall good but still need to work on OPD management. There should be fix and booked timeslot for OPD . Regularly it's take more than 1 hrs to meet doctor in OPD.
Also hospital claiming that 24 hours USG available but in practical doctor for USG available around 4 pm so if you need USG u have to wait till 4.30 pm and by that time OPD timing over.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady sitting in the front shouts on the patients. She does not even tell the bill.amoujt correctly. She does not know how to talk. Please remove that lady else she will make the hospital worst. Here they forcefully sale medicine in strips , even though u need 10 tablets , u have to take 20tablets else they will say u to go outside and buy .very rude behaviour

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really thank to dr. Monalisa ma'am , she is the best and very humble gyanec. I was in obstructed labour and she came at 3:30 am on 31 jan 2022 for doing my emergency C section . My baby was fully pushed down and got entangled . She had done operation and out the baby through patwardhan technique . She saved me and my baby . Thank you so much ma'am and ruban hospital . I also thanks to all sisters and midwives who care me a lot. The behavours of doctors , sisters , midwives ,watdboy and each staffs are very polite and humble .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude behaviour by staffs, worst hospital. Please don't come here. They shout at patients after taking money. In pharmacy they give the medicine whole strips , they won't give u half the strips and they shout and tell it is hospital rules go and buy from outside. Mark my words else will regret later. This hospital is looting money like anything. Staffs are so rude. Even they will slap you if u argue with him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Hospital in patna. Gynaecologist Dr. Monalisha Singh is one of the best and a genuine doctor. I got a lovely baby under epidural/ painless delivery. She is the best hospital for painless delivery. I think most of the women is not aware about epidural/ painless. If u want painless, go to Ratan Hospitals.
