β β β β β This Memorial hospital gives you memory. I lost my mother on 12th Of February 2021. In this hospital doctors are guest and they have labeled this statement in this hospital you can view. I find doctors are incapable to dignost the disease and if you have seroius patient doctors are incapable to face relatives and keep them in dark. My mother have been in ICU for 12 days and they recommended to move in ward . But i lost her within 4 hours of shifting in private ward.
I suggest you not to admit you patients

β β β β β They dont have doctors, they have hired Gundas.. if u ask any cross query they will start souting on u... specially their junior doctor they are boss.
I go there because i have no other option, its near my home.
Poor Mangement...
And i know these bad review will not impact there buisness coz they are in healthcare. That's why they are not even bothered.

β β β β β I want you to know that the man who picked my call on your emergency number around 7:45 p.m. today 19th april was very impolite and is not a representative of the standard of Ruban hospital. He started yelling at me when I enquired about the availability of doctor as if I was asking something wrong and he even cut the phone . I am not taking my patient to Ruban now and will never advice anyone else also to go to your hospital. Thanku very much for your empathy.
By the way I am also a doctor and i know this is not the fault of the hospital but the hospital management who hired such an abusive staff. Take strict action on him otherwise doctors and the whole hospital will be blamed by unaware patient relatives . And don't call me now for apology or anything else , just get some mannered staff.

β β β β β My mom was hospitalised for almost a week.
They promised me final billing excess amount refund within 1 day.
However I have been following up every day and it is like a week now. Now they are saying we already transferred two days back, which is not true. I am in touch with the TPA department (room number 34-35)
I donβt want to take the names but it is casual attitude what I have observed till now. I had submitted my cancelled cheque also. I am not in Patna and it is really cumbersome to call telephonically, connect and every time come to know that this person is not there or it is holiday today etc etc
It has to be automated and system driven. I head service sector and can tell for sure that this is not the way to handle a customer who had already settled his accounts and looking for refund.

β β β β β Lost my Dad here because of medical negligence. I don't want to put forth the evidence in a Google review. This hospital is complete garbage.
1) Almost everyone takes bribe to do anything for you.
2) Extremely bad pharmacy management. They call you every single time the patient needs medications etc to be bought, no matter how far you stay. They don't have basic inventory management.
3) Helpers and nurses might seem like they're doing their job but the training is so incompetent that the patient never receives what they ask for.
4) There's an old doctor who goes around yelling at people saying things like he has treated "goras(whites)", like it adds credibility. He's so proud of the fact that he's worked abroad, his ego doesn't care about any Biharis. My family doctor (M.D.) recommended a treatment procedure when my Dad was admitted, this old man tore the paper into pieces when I gave it to him and yelled at me saying they know best and i should shut up, in front of the Hospital Director. My father lost his life two days later.

β β β β β Management is really very worst. Just for ultrasound I waited from 2:00pm to 5:30pm. Staffs are really very irresponsible.
Earlier I was not happy with management but after my operation my views get changed. I am Really very happy and satisfied with the management, staff, cleanliness and everything. For operation you can prefer Ruban. And because of the good care I am happy to increase the rating star.

β β β β β After billing they treat you like hell. They don't care you are a patient. Dirty hospital and you can find water dump everywhere. Called me at 11am and till 2 pm doctor was not is hospital. Bimari se nahi but intezar me jarur mar jaoge. Go any caring hospital but don't come here. Billing ke liye puri foz but opd and related section me staff hi nahi dikhenge. Aur jo dikhenge rudely answer your query. Will not visit here again. Never... consultancy charge 1000rs, and they will charge another 200 rs in the name of registration.
