There's security to stop any unauthorised entry.
Society complex is like a matchbox, meaning the sides are thin to drive. It hence has one ways added.
There doesn't seem to be adequate play area for kids causing them to play all-over the society area. Beware of running kids when driving.
The society is located near a good shopping area.
Flats seems little smaller in size.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Royal Casa holds a special place in my life. The construction quality of Royal Casa is very high and flats here are rich in style, comfort and view. Internal road, construction is very good. Amenities are so much well maintained. Club house is spacious enough for Birthday parties, Engagement ceremonies. Maintenance is quite on higher side but it is value for money. I have lived there for 3 years and in H building 9th Floor. It is a 3BHK flat I lived in that has 2 balconies - one for bedroom and one for hall. Hall balcony has view of Durga Tekadi and Bedroom balcony has view of Ravet Basket bridge. Royal Casa is always a best deal when it comes to lifestyle living. Recommended always.
