★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best upcoming buildings/towers in Lokhandwala in Mumbai. It will become a landmark soon enough and anyone staying in such a prestigious apartment will have something to brag about.
The only issue is the sewer line running adjacent to the compound but it will be covered soon enough. Otherwise, it's like a dream apartment, albeit a little expensive, but a heavenly place. Do check out their floor for the amenities, you'll be blown away, literally and figuratively.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful open space called as Kamaths club existed 2 decades back. These was a bird paradise with so many different varieties of flora and fauna.
Then suddenly thre earth was opened up and construction and dust and noise begun.
initially Larsen and Turbo were contractors. About three times the entire basement was full of the nallah water which found its resting spot.
Soon the storeys went up and up higher and higher.
There was a six storey parking created which dwarved the nearby buildings whose back view became a parking lot.
Then finally a BMC parking lot was created on the ground floor.
Runwal has many good Ammenties like the sky walk and a modern club house etc. but the flats are really small compared to what you are paying.
Good for the people who are staying there but a nuisance for the ones who are in the backside with all light and ventilation cut off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad construction quality and pathetic customer service. Very expensive as per the quality standards. Flat with damaged marble flooring handed over. The walls of the building already showing cracks and leakage issue in many flats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice family oriented complex in the heart of Lokhandwla in Andheri West Mumbai. Lots of amenities that engage people in sports and entertainment activities. Located in the middle of a number of eating joints, medical stores and general stores, the location of this society is very central. The new metro line is also got a station a few meters away from the main entrance gate of this society.
This society has a mini movie theatre, an indoor badminton court, a properly equipped gym, an indoor jogging tract etc etc. in the outdoor it has a half basketball court, squash court a cricket pitch and is supposed to also have a tennis court but doesn’t.
A lot of the amenities given by the builder has flaws. The builder is of a certain repute and has been in the business for many years but it seems he wanted to experiment on how to make this wrong in this building and has successfully achieved that in multiple areas.
