Book your appointment on the website in advance or if you come without it, try to reach earlier. There's a separate line for individuals. Without appointment 2500 Rs are charged (including passport delivery to your location when visa is ready), it's called premium lounge.
If your documents are alright, it won't take you more than 15-20 minutes to apply for a visa!
Parking is on the backside from the bulding, 20 Rs charged

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't ever apply through them. They are just looting people of India. There customer service is pathetic. VFS was doing work in more organized way then them. 16 days and still waiting for passports even after prevailing there so called premium service. Always apply directly to embassy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs there are very helpful, personally the guy which did my documentation work Hardik S. They are so calm and always ready to help you in each and every way. If u want hastle free check-in just go there early 9 AM, as not much people will be there, go directly in there, they'll charge 2500/- without appointment, but I can assure you it's worthy.
