★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stand alone building in small township of Rustomjee. gym, swimming pool (no separate swimming pool for kids), club house, with proposed restaurant are is on top floor. Small paly are for kids. Overall nice construction with areas efficiency.

I don't stay there but i visit every week at this place park for chill.
There are good people in the surrounding and sometimes there some people comes to smoke but there is police round regularly there so they ran away.

Aurelia is a free standing tower and so has been provided with all amenities within the building for benefit of residents.
The apartments in Aurelia are well designed with one side facing mangroves and on the other side facing Rabodi. The apartments are compact and without balconies, one feature removed by Rustomjee to make the price of rhe apartments affordable.
The apartments are aesthetically designed with good ventilation and construction quality is high in keeping with Rustomjee standards. The apartments are very compact at about six hundred and fifty square feet area.
The recreation areas at the top of the building include a swimming pool, club house and a gym. Children's play area and garden walks have been provided at the ground floor. Surface and underground parking has been provided for residents. The residents have access to all the public amenities of Urbania township.
Access to the Thane Railway Station is by bus or auto rickshaws.
