Just 5 min distance from majiwada
Rooms are spacious with nice view
Amenities like swimming pool gym and sports rooms are provided
Special kids area is created as per small kids and even they have playgroup type section
Parking is nice (driver is also provided for double parking 1 plus 1)
Back side of ACURA there is entrance to vrindawan society where in you can ger fresh vegetables and other day to day things

Many amenities are available... Banquet hall, Gym, Playspace, Swimming pool are there... Air quality is also good... Nice infrastructure and good place to buy home... Flats starting from 10 million rupees

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad Construction Quality like dampness and leakages in the wall, kitchen platform getting broken, door frames coming out , fit out deposit not returned even after more than 1 year of possession and Builder has 10000 reasons to reject ur complaints. That’s Why we had withdrawn our two further flat bookings with Rustomjee because one was enough for us as a shock

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been to my relative house to stay,& neice house in different wing 8 th floor & 23 rd it's beautiful place well maintain building, neat & tidy with swimming pool & kids pool also, they have Banquet Hall at "C level" "P-1 " is for entrance there parking of cars is also there. With high Tec security at each every entry level it's high rise building with good lobby 3 lift emergency exit door.
From high rise the scene out side was beautiful due to rain the cloudy sky. It was beautiful. I click few photos from there balcony.
They have parking space, the place is accessible. ♿.
