They claimed for 40 story tower but you can only book till 29th floor...
They charge almost 5 lakh extra just for sake of parking(which is not legel to sell as par govt.)
&
another 4 lakh for Soo called modular kitchen (which Dosent worth more then a 1lakh)
Investing more then 90 lakh(all inclusive) will be a loss to the buyer in this market

do remembere that your buying property in kharegaon
(its an outskirts of kalwa..
Kalwa railway station is 4km away from here &
this area is also subject to frequent power cuts thanks to torrent power.

As of today (26th sept-2021) the display price for 2bhk is 95 lakh... After adding stamp duty... Parking and bla bla bla... You are looking at figure close to 1.20cr which is big NO NO for kalwa (considering 3bhk in kalwa cost just about 1.25cr)
