★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally Disappointed. 3 times corrections done with still many imperfections left (Everytime either very tight or very loose despite taking the measurements!!) Not at all upto the mark even with respect to style/ fashion/ or even simple stitching. & Yes- Very very expensive. One doesn't mind spending much when the job is done right, But here I am totally Disappointed with every bit of Penny & time I invested. Total waste of both. Definitely not recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner doesn’t properly write the designs for outfit ya finalised. Despite of giving the order 19 days prior, she had not started the process till the 20th day. On the day of delivery, she started the stitching process and wrong designs were made.
Very poor experience in terms of customer service , on time service and design promised vs made was a huge mismatch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very very bad experience. A ordinary tailor would be better then them. I had given a tunic for stiching with a basic pattern but was done so badly, even after doing alteration thrice it was not at all satisfactory. The lady named Rutu was trying to justify herself but when I was not convinced she said she cannot do anything further in this matter. I asked for my material cost to which she denied and told me to get out of the boutique and started using abusing language. I request everyone never to visit this boutique who doesn't know their job nor they have customer care. Really disappointed with the behavior. Actually is not worth even a star.
