★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where is my Jhaalar? I was left asking this question by using their services.
I had given a Jhaalar from my house before 13 February 2016 for dry cleaning. When I got it, it was destroyed. They promised that they would get it fixed. After more than 3 months, on 21 February 2016, I received it back after calling them many times. Sometimes they would not talk on the phone or even pick it up. They wanted to do it their, and we have to just accept whatever they do.
Now they were also asking for repairing charges including the dry cleaning charges.
If the Jhaalar would not have been damaged by your service, it would not have needed repairs. And if it is damaged by you, it is your responsibility to pay for and fix it.
Other than this setback, the service was good. They came to pickup from our house and delivery, even if they come very late.
