★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst builder of Pune. I had booked an apartment in S B Patil constructions and Golande JV project in chinchwad. He suddenly increased the price of the apartment and threatened all customers that if we won't pay .. they will not go ahead with the agreements. He started extorting money. I lost my booking amount but was free. Others were caught-up with court case and later delayed possession. Beware of such developers in Pune.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ #Worst construction company in PCMC, Bad quality of construction I had to spend 5lacs on the fixation of incomplete work done in my apartment by S B Patil and his son Ganesh Patil. They had built illegal floors by manipulation in PCMC and now some of our members of society have to pay the fines.

Also, they provide bank loan facility for each property which is quite beneficial to the buyers.I would highly recommend S.B.Patil Group for buying apartment in the most prominent places of PCMC.

Even they tried their best to explain the project details in very pleasant manner...
