I spend rs 450/- for OPD for just a half minute conversation .
It just a waste of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Nilesh Patil is the best doctor I have ever met.
I was suffering from leg muscle problem since 5 yrs and visited many doctors (Ortho) in PUNE. All were MD or MS but unfortunately nobody could give solution.
Dr Nilesh Patil simply suggested few things and trust me...within 2 weeks only I felt better.
Definitely would suggest him if you have any muscles or spine problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff providing treatment is fine. However I have complaint about toilet/ washroom facilities. On the ground floor, they have men's toilet with washroom, which is not at all clean. Height is they have kept bucket of water in the toilet with western commode. I am not sure how do they expect patients to use western commode with bucket of water & no waterjet. This is against common sense.. Hope they understand the logic & correct it soon...

- On call doctors are also available
Located at prime place with Medical shops, Units of Radiology services and Dialysis are available
Staff is also good and behave with courtesy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ receptionist didn't convey patient prior time if doctor don't have time to wait for patient. Bad management, this is second time over here doctor has cancelled appointment as busy with other appointments. Change the receptionist and panel of doctor specially Dr. Nemade he don't have time to wait for patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here since my old aged mother fallen down and had cramp in her leg.
Purpose was to check if there is any fracture.
Staff needs to be trained to handle the situations.
When I told them clearly that I already had a talk with main doctor and he has told to have xray, they told her to get on bed, I told that it's not necessary and insisted to take her directly to the xray room.
Then they told me to get paper from reception, which took 10 mins.
After xray, they send mobile photo to main doctor who told that there is no fracture and give only medication.
Doctor took 10-15 mins to write prescription.
Overall looks like staff needs overall training to have synchronised actions for quick relief to the patients.
Behavioural improvements also recommended.
