★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought two ACs this season from SK Enterprises. They recommended a carrier inverter AC Legend Neo Plus 1.5 model in September end 2021. Within three months it started giving E1 error. I raised a complaint and in the first visit from Carrier , the technicians were not able to identify the error. Another complaint and another team came. They told me that there is an issue with the IC or sensor and it will take them 7 days to get the part. Service number is 136615926. I am living in the state capital Jaipur. It's been over 10 days that my AC is not working. Such a poor product and useless after sales service. I am not getting any reply on when the AC will be repaired. My issue with SK enterprises is that when they recommended Carrier AC , they told it has good after sales service plus they told that if there will be any issue, they will get the work done. However, after reaching out to SK Enterprises and sharing issue that I am facing, I have not got any response. Such a poor after sales service. S K enterprises just focus on selling the products. In fact out of the two ACs, one they recommended Blue Star. I have anothe Daikin AC which is working well but as SK Enterprises told that Carrier ACs have better after sales service, I opted for that.
Decided that I will not recommended S K Enterprises to anyone or will never buy any product from them in future.
