★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found their service to be EXTREMELY unprofessional. More interested in making a quick buck rather than solving any problem. Earlier any half-decent professional could detect the source of leakage in a residential flat by dint of knowledge and experience without the need of any thermal-imaging. Ketan Bhuva (the owner) would do thermal imaging for 'detecting' source of leakage in a residential flat for 10000 rupees with the aid of a hand-held gadget that can be bought off Alibaba! Post that when he is asked for solutions, he will say that he does not do waterproofing of bathrooms! It's like a doctor who charges a hefty fee for saying that the fever is due to a flu but he does not treat cases of flu. RIDICULOUS!
