Connected with them since few years for works related to leak detection, waterproofing and PU injection grouting. I haven't faced any problem or difficulty till now in execution and results in the job they've carried. They specialise in detection of leakage source, closing any leakage from the place where it is leaking with warranty, basement waterproofing, terrace waterproofing, bathroom waterproofing. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a very critical leakage issue from above flat. We contacted many contractors but none of them were able to provide satisfactory results.
We came across Mr Deep Jhaveri and talked with him about our issue. He in a very simple way explained us the issue and what is the root cause. Also he explained us how this issue can be resolved in a day by leak detection and PU grouting.
The work was commenced by him under his guidance and its been 3 years now. There is not even a single drop of water from the above flat.
The work was done without disturbing anything on the above flat as the person from above flat was not co-operative.

I had water leakage in my two balconies since for more then 2 years. Mr. Deep solved this issues within 2 days and till date there’s not a single drop of water that has seeped through his injections.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were actually suffering from this leakage issue from past 5 to 6 years.
Did tried lot of ways to overcome this problem but we couldn't able to get the exact solution for this problem.
Then one day we came accross this company called Universal Waterproofing and we came in contact with Mr Deep Jhaveri
He personally came for the inspection and under his supervision his team did the whole terrace waterproofing work for us. The whole work got completed before mansoon by 1st week of May 2021 and we couldn't have any issues of water leakage from surface/terrace.
Also the best part is we do got 5 years warranty along with the certificate from Universal Waterproofing Co.
