★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using their services for almost 3 years now and never had any complain. Each fault in the car is explained in detail and any repairs in the car are only done after my approval without any hidden or unnecessary costs. They offer home pick up and drop and the employees who come to pick up and drop car are trustworthy and friendly. Overall I am satisfied with them and would surely recommend to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took a leap of faith going with these guys as I generally give my car to the parent company for servicing. As feared , their service was terrible. It took them ten days to do a basic thing . And when I got my car back , there were new problems which wasn’t their before . They had guaranteed me that I will get the car in time as I needed it for my own wedding . But that was just pure nonsense . One of the worst car services I have ever received. I wonder how they still have customers . It’s sad to see that even in COVID times , when business are hoping to get new customers , this is the kind of service this company is providing .

Supermechanic's support for pickup and delivery is great.
My car got damaged on goa road trip and tight parking spaces. Now I love how they brought me my car just as new after denting-painting job. Interiors are also clean and have the new car leather smell.
Worth of 6 Star.

Owner doesn't hv proper observation on staff.
After taking delivery everything again I need inspect and update.
Service center is way better this service.
Won't recommend to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found the number of Supermechanic on a Google search when I was looking for a car repair service to fix a sound coming from the suspension of my 5-year-old Honda City. I called up the number given and Mr. Murtuza from Supermechanic answered. He was professional and polite on the phone and immediately fixed an appointment for me for the next day. I took the car to their Powai workshop (Saki Vihar Road) and he was there to meet me. We took a test drive with a senior mechanic who identified the problem. I left the car there for the work; additionally, I asked them to fix two old dents in two panels on the car and also do a full service. I was apprehensive about getting the car work done from Supermechanic as this was the first time I was getting my car work done from a non-Honda workshop. Received the car back in 5 days (additional time was required for the paint to dry). The delivered my car to my office well cleaned and polished with all the work properly completed. Denting job was perfectly done, so was the suspension work and servicing. Cost of the suspension work was quite a lot (but considering that suspension work was involved I was expecting it). Denting, painting and servicing costs were quite reasonable. This was in May 2019.
The second time I used their services were to service a Hyundai i10 (2013 model). Also a few minor repair work was required (front passenger power window switch, gear knob cloth replacement, some scratches on the paint to be removed, etc.) All the work was done perfectly. Costs were very reasonable. This was in May 2019.
The third time around, the rear windshield of the i10 shattered in the parking lot on a Saturday morning in Jun 2019. As it could start raining any day, I had to get it replaced at the earliest. I called Mr. Murtuza and asked him to pick up the car from my house. The driver was there to pick up the car by 1 pm. I got a call from Mr. Murtuza the same day around 4.30 pm saying that the car was ready and he is arranging it to be dropped to my house. I received the car at around 6 pm on the same day! Additionally, cost was lesser than I expected.
To sum up, in my opinion Supermechanic are a really good alternative to authorized service centres. They are professional, cost effective and good to deal with. They fill a very important gap in the market, between the authorized service centres and the local road-side mechanic.
Call Supermechanic if you need work done on your car. Chances are very high that you won’t regret it.
PS: They also do work under insurance claims, but I haven’t tried it yet.

I usually do not write bad reviews, but they have disappointed me to a level where I have to write my experience.
They charged me around 45000 fo my i20 repair and nothing was done well.
The same problem came up after a few days and it car only got worse post this.
Better to stop by at a street mechanic rather than go here.
Worst experience of my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish there was option to rate negative stars. They are really pathetic and will screw your happiness to a whole new level. They take your vehicle and everytime while returning will create a new problem and give it back. For 7 months my Volvo V40 car was with them. Every 1 month they do repair and send the car to us and everytime they send and we inspect at home and find out all together a new problem plus the old problem without being solved. They are not cheap, they seems to be promising by their sweet and fake words but once the car is given, they will screw your happiness. They are pathetic at their work, they have taken so much money from me and I'm return never solved anything, never put any good parts in car. They tell so many lies that they have done the work, rather they do not do any work and will just take ur money. Please beware from such fraud and fake people. The owner Mr. Harshit is so rude and hopeless person. They will tell so many lies to cheat their customer that there is no limit. Mr. Harshit and his manager Mr. Chandrakant has no end and no limit to the lies they can tell their customer. Please beware from such fraud and hopeless company. Also they are no longer based in Powai. They have shifted to bhayender in very bad place filled with so much sand and dirt. They now work from most pathetic location from where they deliver the worst service and hopeless work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super disappointed with their service - when every business believes in customer satisfaction - these guys are here only to do a blunder, I swear i dont understand how can you have some good review from some customer. May be it is unfortunate. Better you quit this business
Lets me explain you my issue.
in Jan 31 2020 there as a hit and run on my car - white i20 and I called ICICI Lombard for immediate assistance and next the person from super mechanic came and collected the vehicle and the quote was given and everything was ok.
There was damage in the front left bumper and the light has to be replaced
After few days the vehicle was ready and I was super happy car all set.
Disappointed once again with the painting which was not done well , white paint all over the black fiber below the number plate and paint quality was pathetic.
So he took the car back and again came after 2 to 3 days, I was happy. - overall process took about 10 days.
I started driving and then covid stuck and went back to my home town and the car was here in Mumbai and came back in August 2021 and after 1 to 2 month of drive and notice the there a gap in the front bumper -left side. then I realized this super mechanic had put glue / adhesive and stuck it. Over a period the glue has lost is adhesiveness and the gap has started to show up.
I tired calling them absolutely no response.
I have taken this time to express myself with their level of service is beyond pathetic.
Remember team super mechanic - for me 10 to 12 k is not a big deal but for some people it is important dont cheat them , its their hard earned money
