★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This apartment is a four floored apartment with three flats each on a floor. The flats are quite spacious with a big Hall and a kitchen. Good for small kids who can grow here playing in a spacious flat. Most of the flats have their balcony which has become a garden for most of the flat owners. The building is equipped with the lift facility also which makes it very easy for the aged people also to prefer the flats in the apartment. Also the parking area is very spacious and has parking for all the flats. No issues for the electricity cut problem also as there is a separate generator allotted. It is located at the dead end nearby the Mini Bazar shop on the 1st cross 16th main road.
