★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This guy is undoubtedly the most obnoxious person in the whole of Bandra. Gave him four simple shirts to stitch, and he made a complete mess of it. Buttons falling out, a big blue stain (on a white shirt) and most importantly, totally ill-fitting shirts. When I tried to explain to him what needed to be modified, he refused to listen and kept yelling at me. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. They agreed to shorten the arm length of my new sports jacket and then made their own modifications to it and finally spoilt it. I realised later that they don't know what a sports jacket is. Instead of rectifying they tried convincing me that it looks just fine. I It's showed it to another guy later and he said nothing can be done, it's spoilt forever now...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome fitting, you can't be disappointed here. I started with stitching a suit for my son when he was a pageboy for a wedding and I keep coming back...by now stitched biz suits, shirts and trousers for myself.. they are very accommodating and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely top notch customer service. I know I am an extremely picky customer, and the time and patience that both Francis and Sebastian had with me was amazing and much appreciated. I have stitched many suits there before, and got 4 more suits made. They were able to tailor it to my needs (slim fit, narrow pant bottoms, indo-western style blazer, piping on lapels), and were very thorough with the trial fittings. They will make sure you are 100% satisfied, and will settle for nothing short of perfection.
