★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't go for this PG, cleanliness is very bad and the owner will try to steal your advance( I was staying in this PG for almost 3 years just because it near to my office and I have friends there). When you ask your advance they will tell that it will be sent through Phonepe and they won't. If you call them and ask the money to transfer they will cut the call and they wont reply for any of your messages. It happened for me and my friend.
