Amazing place to stay I have stayed there for 9 months...the quality of food served is really good...the pg is very clean and there is proper maintenance of hygiene...and it is very safe to live in the pg. The security of the paying guests is well taken care of.the owners and caretakers are really well spoken and I would definitely suggest this pg to more people.

Worst place to live... pg is full of cockroaches and rat. Unhygenic food... which will make you sick. Management is worst they wont solve your any problem... its just a matter of money to them... so forget about your deposit also... even wont respect ladies. Least one star i can give.

Good place to stay here, I have been staying in this pg from 1 year.Rooms are more spacious nd clean. Pg food is good and there is no security issue. I am happy to staying here

Rooms are more spacious and neat. Pg food is good and available at late night also. There is no security issues since the Pg rooms have separate locks. All basic facilities are available in Pg.

Excellent hostel , have been staying in this pg from first month and still continuing from past 3 years .... I have great experience staying in this pg. This pg admin is very cooperative regarding rent and quick at taking maintenance . I feel like staying in my own home . This pg provides north and south Indian food . This pg owner has a great quality of treating everyone equally and not descrinating among anyone. Thank you .

I have stayed in this PG for long time, only reason is that my office is close and I don't like to shift places. I terms of cleanliness it's not very good, you get the maid coming everyday but she doesn't clean properly so you have to clean your own room if you prefer hygiene. Food - I haven't had much food there, as they do not cooperate and provide food to people who are working in different shifts, they just prepare food for a specific amount of time and not enough for the people living there, if you request also they will not keep separate food for you, if your shift timing do not match with the food timing, no cooperation at all. I have eaten food on weekends and it's ok, not good just ok. Wifi - Works few days a month, I always survived on my own data sources. TV - There is a dummy TV. But don't expect to see any channels on that except for free channels. The owner is so miser to pay for any plan on the TV. Washing Machine - out of 4, 2 will always be out of order. and the other 2 are very dirty and mostly occupied. Fridge - They say they have given fridge at each floor, but on my floor the fridge was not working, after constant complaining it came after an year, and it is always stuffed, never gets clean. Even if you complain they will not clean it. So very bad in terms of hygiene. Room - Not suitable for 3 people, quite small room. I preferred a 2 sharing room. There are many problems in this PG, but I have managed everything and adjusted, but the main problem here is the OWNER of this pg, he is the worst behaved person I have met in life. He will never talk to you polity, very rude and ill mannered, he has no respect towards women. If you even complain for a small issue in PG, he will make it look like it's your own fault that you are complaining. He behaves as if, he is doing a favour to let you stay in his PG or as if you are living there for free. The complains never gets resolved. Keep on complaining for a year and it will never get resolved, management is so poor and on top of that the behaviour is worst. I lived there for a very long time, never even once I have troubled them for paying rent or anything, but when I wanted to leave the owner did not pay my deposit back and even fought with me very disgracefully. He is the worst kind of men to even talk to. There are a lot of problems in this PG like food, cleanliness etc, somehow which can be managed by a person, but if you like your self respect and want to be treated respectfully, I suggest look for other PGs, they have many more in area with great services in the same amount of rent.

Food is good. No security issues. Rooms are spacious. The only thing is bathrooms are too small and no racks at least to keep a piece of soap or brush.

Unhygienic place. Not a PG it's a Drainage, public toilets are much better. Don't go. Rat is dead near the food and plate stand. Very old building and greedy owner. Rupees 12,200/- I have paid for a month and I stayed only for 12 days, they told it's your loss we can't give you back. They are money minded. The fridge is a dustbin. We can't stand near the fridge once opened. The room smells like fungus and very unhygienic place to stay. I can't breathe inside the rooms without a room freshner for every 10 minutes. Only the PG entrance looks great, believe me it's for eyewash. When you open the cupboard you can't stand the smell, very bad foul smell. Don't ever go to this PG. This PG will ask you for hard cash and they are not accepting money transfer. The restroom is the worst place, the restroom vent opening is the living room of 3 sharing. Please don't go to this PG. There are lot many PG available for ladies. Please don't pay the entire amount on the date of joining wherever PG you go. Ask for 1 or 2 days stay and make use of this options then decide the PG. Don't panic that you have lot many luggage. Wherever you go just use the per day stay option and choose your right place to stay. Happy stay!! :)
