★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Typical government office... don't expect anything. Third grade environment, and service... extremely inefficient and uncooperative staff. Not bothered at all for service to the public...haresment at its best...all incomplete information even after systems are Online...be ready for surprises and shocks... They will make you run at the last moment...they are agents for the Xerox and photographer business below the office...
Real frustrating experience...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Need to see change in government office. Reached 2.30pm at the counter for birth certificate. When asked at the counter personnel said lunch break till 3.15pm. No one came at the counter after 3.15pm. when requested at 3.20pm personnel came printed birth certificate took 3mins approx. For 3mins waited almost 50mins. Never saw lunch break till 3.15pm. Took 3 round to get birth certificate. Request to see the change through online portal this will save lot of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was pleasantly surprised when I got my mother’s death certificate in 12 minutes. Of these 5 minutes had gone in filling the form. No hassle, no grumbling by the staff. Signage was self explanatory.
However I found that this certificate could have been made available online. That is for the senior officials to consider

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience for marriage certificate (25.10.2021).
I fill the form online and take appointment along with the all original documents and prints.
When i reached the ward at 10.30 the peon said why are you late? I said the time written on banner is 11 to 3 for marriage certificate, he is so arrogant not only with me also other with other people and i think they take commission from outsides Xerox shop because he said take annexure a-b from Xerox shop as they should provide this annexure.
Documents you need for marriage certificate:
1. Online filled form printouts along with Rs.16 payment slip.
2. Bride & Bridegrooms original and xerox school/college living certificate, Adhar card, 4 photos of both. (which you filled on online form)
3. Original wedding invitation card OR Marriage declaration on Rs.100 stamp paper with notarized.
4. 3 Witness 2 photos and original and xerox of Adhar Card.
Procedure of below for smooth operations of marriage certificate:
1. Fill the form on mcgm portal for marriage certificate registration and pay Rs.16 for appointment and take both printouts (filled form and payment receipt)
2. Before going inside of ward take annexure a-b from xerox shop for marriage certificate.
3. Go on 4th floor and take appointment no. from the peon.
4. Fill the annexure a-b 8 pages set
i) Affidavit form fill details of bride & bridegroom and stick photo of 1st deponent photo and sign of husband 2nd deponent photo and sign of wife.
ii) Annexure A-B Husband photo details and sign.
iii) Annexure A-B Wife photo details and sign.
iv) 3 copies of annexure B paste 3 witness sign, photo and details.
5. When peon said go inside go and when the staff said sign and give thumb print on online printed form in front of staff.
Note: Sign and thumb print in front of staff is only on online form and only thumb print on annexure set half on photo and half on page.
6. After the all verification you will get payment email when you do payment the marriage certificate will be receive in email take color print and stick husband wife joint photo with red background and go to ward and take stamp.
Finally you all done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They only work for 2 to 3 hours a day OR as per their mood which ever is earlier. If someone have to visit it is preferable to reach between 10:30 to 12:30. Tips:- get print of forms from online portal fill the form to avoid 1extra visit. The staff is pathetic so go with lots of Hari jaap's and patience. Wish you good luck ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience, they keep on asking for more and more "change" and back and forth visit. There's just one word spelling error which took them more then one month of time and still there's no help. When addressed to grievances.maharashtra.gov.in they delayed more now. Why? because I reached to them for solution. Worst experience ever. If a citizen needs help and address the grievance that's the right according to citizens right to raise a grievance redress bill 2011.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here employees set their own timings for working. People can't assume that it's government office so can go and get their work done between working hours. They create their own working timing. Very ridiculous and irritating for the people who are struggling and women who are pregnant they strictly deny to people to work for them.
