since no one is educated and even VP and all are credit card seller, and doesnt have original degree, they cant even speak in english. HR policy is if you have a project then you will get a salary even later on 60 days and if you dont have then u will get basic salary for 1 month then immediatly they will come to you and whenever they want that will be your last day.
ROHIT Kalamkar is HR who cant speak in english well and he doesnt have a knowlege of HR. They aleays cheat with clinet as well as a sub vendor they will connect then they always try to by pass the vendor to become direct vendor of client. I worked here alnost 3 year and when i got a good opportunity and resigned then they force emostionally to dont go and given a commitment to work for next 5 year but within 2 month they fired me.
At your last working day they will not give a experience letter. After 1 month they will give the offer letter after so many emails and never give the FNF.
Please dont join this company, you cab work in call center that will be good but not in this company
Mr. Ritesh Sharma who is the VP but actually he is a credit card seller and on relationship he is in VP Position but when you will talk with him you will immidiatly cath it that he is just a sales man and sales man is better then him.
There are lots of things to put but anyway after my post this glass door will delete my comment beacuse they will get the money from SA Tech.
@ Glass door people trust on you so please dont cheat with them. Dont delete this one.

Work life balance is at its best in SA tech. Hoping to continue the journey as Management and the direct leads are friendly, responsible and most importantly they welcome ideas/suggestions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst HR I ever seen my life. HR was hiring for very reputed company and I cleared rounds of interview . I asked for feedback on my offer . He said he is not getting any money out of it and he did spoon feeding to me that's the reason I was able to clear the rounds. He also said I need to think from girls prospective and accept the offer according to his terms. Also pointed out on my academic backgrounds. Indirectly pointing out on my previous employers. Lot of others things which he mentioned was humiliating. He talks way too much and try to make you feel you are at fault. I had come for the interview 2 years back and it was good experience however, after this experience my review towards company is totally changed. I would request you please do not do such things with any other candidates it's not good for any company . No one deserve such criticism. NO PLEASE ?
