★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is to inform you that your Indane gas delivery man whose name is DKS, delivered gas cylinder on 30th March at 10.40 am at 520, Parnasree Pally, Kolkata-700060 under the name-Mrs. Arati Chakraborty whose customer number is 58902. The bill was rs. 727.50 and the customer gave rs.750 to the boy, DKS, but somehow with a trick of his hands he kept rs.500 in his pocket and claimed that the customer didn't pay him full amount which already she had paid and in this way he cheated rs.500 from her. I am being her daughter requesting you please verify your delivery boy repeatedly to send to any house. They can't cheat on people's hard earned money. Can you take any action against him? Till date it never happened so you will never send that delivery boy, DKS to 520, Parnasree Pally, for delivering the cylinder. Moreover, my mother is a widow so I am concerned about her security. It's very unfortunate to know that when my mother complained to your agency you guys tried to verify and justify her statement by saying that we don't know who are saying the truth!.. you should have apologized to her and investigated the matter by catching that red handed bustard ,DKS ,and returned my mother's hard earned money which he had stolen from her..shame on you guys!.. very poor customer service!
