It would be the best among all flats in patna after its construction

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Project is good undoubtedly but it's not value for money.. advertise price for the project I was looking for was 62 lakhs approx. But after adding misleneous GST (12% instead of ongoing 5%) and registration fees its goes upto 95 lakhs approx .. and the attitude of sales managers was not upto the mark.. the prices are not at all negotiable.. this is not like we deal in property. Because anyone who is investing is his or her hard earned money so they need to know every aspect of that project which your sales manager failed to provide .. I didn't get the proper map of tha project .. and I didn't get proper answers to my questions .. please see to it ..
