They have already started construction of Block A building having 90 numbers of 3 bed room flats. The basement and ground floor are reserved for car parking and casting of RCC structures have been completed. Structural construction in 1st Floor will commence soon as informed to me. The project is scheduled to be completed by December 2021, however due to recent Corona virus lockdown the progress is slightly affected. Block A is basement+ground floor + 9 floors of flat construction( total 90 flats).All the flats are 3 bedded.
The project is located in good area, which is about 2 Km from Danapur Railway Station.
