★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked my flat in 2016, neither they have approval nor they have applied for it. I started process of refund through RERA and after paying back 30%of principle amount, they are not responding to any emails or calls.
Unfortunately RERA and Govt of Bihar is also not helping all customers who are stuck with them
