★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He is a fake builder.He assured us in the agreement that flat will be handed over to us in Dec-2013.But nothing has happened as such till date.Registry has been done but nothing further work has been done after that.BUILDER ASSURED THAT REQUIRE WORK WILL BE DONE ON 10 TH OF MARCH.DEKHE KYA HOTA HAI

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I give them a star in negative way. The worst builder in real estate in patna bihar. Guys don't book here i've been cheated by them. Be aware of them. Officials are very bad. No manners how to talk. Their behaviour is worst. No module for any projects. They change design whenever they want to do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor construction quality in completed blocks.... maps not approved for phase-2..... still sales person at site persuades to go for booking in phase-2.... location is good though and rate offered is affordable too... but quality of works would let you think a no of times before making booking in this project...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is under construction two km near by Danapur railway station, went to for 3 BHK flats & 2 BHK flats. 1600 sqft flat looks spacious but built with very ordinary raw material and hostel type gallery... 2 BHk looks like kabutarkhana, king size bed barely fits in there... Over all, location 3*, look wise 3*, raw material and durability 2*, ... Overall 3*
