★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got the call from Recruiter for react developer position, he asked me for last working day, current salary and offer in hand (10.5lpa I was holding), then expected I told Around 12 lpa. She was okay with it and conduct the interviews cleared interviews they told me you are selected they asked for all documents I provided . After 2-3 days I called to recruiter he told me that management did not approve your offer they can offer max 7 lpa. Is there any logic in this????....if you don't hv budget then why are you conducting the interviews. May be they have time to waste but please respect for others time.....vary bad experience.

Interview process here at Saama technologies is horrible, fully inefficient, unethical and wasting the time of candidates. If you go through the google reviews about saama many people have highlighted their cheap, unethical and non-professional hiring process. HRs at Saama are terrible and biggest liars. Also when I connected with other employees of saama i got to they about their worst culture and ethics. They will hire you for one technology , will train you on other and at last will allocate project of some different technology. Please don't saama as management and senior leadership is already aware unethical behavior of HRs but still not taking any strict action against them.
My recommendation to HR: Respect your existing employees and also new candidates. Don't waste time of candidates and give them false commitments .
Billion Dollar Advice to Candidates: Never join them. They are worst and will spoil your whole career.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As I have uploaded my resume on portals I got direct call from team. They took my interview. There were some points which are not acceptable
1. Not professional
2. The interviewer was so rude. He says I will call you at any time at ni8 12 as well n you need to work for me. Even on Saturday and Sunday
3. No mails or written conversation
Had very bad experience before the joining, dont knew how thy can behave after joining.

My Honest review : *This is real and Unfiltered Review* *Not a single word is lie*
They really don't deserve a single star. It's shameful that they are pvt limited company. You don't expect such experience from pvt ltd company. You do at Saama.
1)After application, First they will call you for interview. They will agree on anything you say, whether it's salary expectation or qualification. They will say Yes to everything.
2)They will schedule your interview at any time. At night too. ( 1 am, 2am, 3am,4 am)
And from that too, you don't expect punctuality.
3) After going through 3 rounds of technical interview they will arrange HR interview.
4)HR will be totally unware of candidate and even a position. They will not even say word about CTC.
After all this process of 13-14 days they will say, Yes you have cleared everything ! We are offering you a position for sure!
5)Next they will send CTC, Employee benefits and joining date form. They will even ask for T shirt size, Laptop and all.
6) And in next final Meeting they will let you know that you are not right candidate and we can't offer you now.
This is harsh and true reality of Saama. Hiring process is utterly bad, they are not punctual at all and still expect punctuality from employees.
Anyone who's reading this. Don't ever consider your position is final until you start working at office itself.
Golden Advice : Stay away from wastage of 15 days. They will give you false hopes.
