★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The reason I am giving a 1 star is because there is no option to for a half star.
I called him in the evening at 6pm to book a cab for the next day morning by 9am as had to travel for an emergency. He kept me waiting untill 9 pm saying that he is going to arrange for me i followed up 3 times in these 3 hours and post 9pm he just stopped answering my call. I was without a booking n didn't know what to do next. Kept calling different car rentals for ab hour as this one ditched me without the decency to even inform that he is unable to do the booking.
One kind person who has a car rental in vile.parle east took my booking at 10pm n arranged a car for me and confirmed my booking at 11:30pm.
No that is what I call service.
Will never ever call this guy again.

I had hired the Etios for my travel to Goa during the Covid times..The car was in a very nice and sanitized nicely the driver too wore a proper mask also to add I was traveling alone and felt very safe.Highly recommend to travel by this company and enjoy the safe and amazing experience ?

Car was sanitized before the journey and felt very safe through out the journey.Cost of travel in budget overall very good service.Would recommend those who looking for car rental in Mumbai should use their Service.I will use their service again and again
